wat i always ask is...wat is happiness? richer?faster than other?for me is wen i get de good results..as soon as one wish is fulfilled..but,the happy effect ebbs away again n' de next desire presents itself...it's a never endin' merry go round..wre we're happy for a little while,but never for long..n' this cal happiness of de senses,not de soul..we search for true happiness in de wron' places...
have you tried it b4...train for a charity run,take an elderly walk,think of de ways to cheer up your fres....the question is,how do we even begin?..this is de lousy excuse for yourself...everyone has sumthin' to give,even if it is few hours of your time or just lendin' a ear..
for me,if you regularly help people,without expectin' anythin' in return,you notice that you start feelin' better...lighter...that is not only our own experience,but oso outcome of more n' more other group...sometime you can feel so 'high',that researchers have coined the term "helper's high"...you're literally high wit happiness when you start to help others...
